B.A. in Language and Literature studies from the Pontificia Universidad Católica of Chile, and PhD in Language and Literature Didactics at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. He’s currently lecturing and researching in the Language and Literature Institute at Universidad Austral de Chile, as well as teaching in secondary school. He’s also a contributor member of GRETEL research group and a teacher of GRETEL’s Master Degree on Children and Young Adult’s Literature. His researching interests are focused on literary facilitation and Children’s Poetry. He has published “Literatura infantil y escuela: un diálogo possible” (Valdivia, Chile, 2010) and several papers in both collaborative books and journals on these topics.
